Spirituality
Everyone has their own idea of spirituality like me being closer to god, meditating and so on but others spirituality is their religion which is fine but I don't consider that spirituality but to each their own. To be more spiritual pray to god, Jesus or who you believe in is a start but meditating is also what spiritual people do. You can search YouTube or even google to find meditations you like and do them when you have time, Just five minutes a day will help you feel more at peace or even feel better inside. If your religion has meditation just do that. A cleaning meditation is picturing a little white ball in your center then get bigger and brighter then picture all your negativity being swept into that ball or pulled into that bal and make the ball bigger and dirty looking til you feel better then send that ball into space. I want you readers to post your favorite meditations as a comment on here or your own blog. Good luck on being more spiritual.
Eating healthy
Everyone keeps calling me skinny even though I don't see it but they also say I eat like a bird which I eat little bit at a time which might help in keeping me skinny, I eat 2 meals a day usually cereal or tv day then snack the rest of the day. I don't eat healthy all the time or even most of the time but it's the little portions I eat throughout the day. To eat right amount of food eat 3 meals a day or 2 like me then eat healthy snacks throughout the day like fruits, veggies or melons and sorbet even sherbet or healthy fat free ice cream. Now they have who nu? Cookies that nutritious and don't taste bad either. Just read the labels make sure there isn't anything chemical in them or even try organic stores or healthy stores. I used to believe taking vitamins kept you healthy but I hear there's bad stuff in them so do your research before taking any pills.
